In September 1990 SCWC was founded by its owner Lee Polacke, right after graduation. By taking pride in each job acquired, valuing the opinion of each customer, and striving to exceed their expectations, the foundation for a successful business was started. Although our business continues to grow, we stick to these basic principles each and every day. By doing this, we find that our customers are very loyal and keep calling us year after year.

We had a very positive experience with Sparkling Concepts on July 27, 2023. This was our first time using this company based on a recommendation of a friend. They were professional, arrived promptly and did an amazing job. Our windows just shine. They also installed all of our window screens. It was a very good value for the job. WOW!!! Sparkling concepts is a class act from start to finish! Responsive, reliable, efficient from the first phone call. Our team, Jacob, Anthony, and Alex showed up right on time this morning and worked most of the day. Every window, sill, and screen was cleaned to perfection. I actually feel like I live in a new space, and I know that sounds a bit crazy but the light coming in is truly different. Pretty remarkable. Admittedly, the windows had not been cleaned in years, but I’m so glad I finally did this. The crew was so sweet, and they did an amazing job. Not one streak. I highly recommend!!
